Dear Focus Bible College Family,
We want to keep you informed about an important change regarding our Annual Conference.

New Timing

Due to the recent surgeries and extended recovery periods of our General Bishop and Chancellor, Dutch Boer, as well as several other key leaders who are integral to the conference program, we have decided to postpone the event to May. This adjustment ensures that all participants can join in good health and fully contribute to the experience.

Planning the New Dates

Our team will be working throughout the upcoming week to determine the exact dates in May that accommodate everyone’s schedules. Once finalized, we will promptly share the detailed agenda and registration information.

Location

The conference will still be held in Omaha, Nebraska, a familiar and welcoming venue for our community.
What to Expect

We have some incredibly exciting news to share with our current students, faithful alumni, and the entire fellowship of believers locally and at Full Gospel Restoration Ministers & Churches Inc.! The vision for equipping you with the uncompromised Word of God is accelerating, and we are moving forward with major improvements to both your study experience and our flagship annual event.

1. Revolutionizing Your Studies: Dynamic New Courses & Live Learning

At Focus Bible College, we are committed to ensuring our education is not only theologically sound but also highly practical and engaging for the digital age. This is why we have two major academic announcements:

A. Course Revitalization is Underway!

We are currently revamping several of our core courses to refresh the content, enhance clarity, and ensure the material is perfectly aligned with the needs of modern ministry. We believe in being "workmen who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15), and these updates are designed to help you do just that with even greater precision.

B. Introducing Live Sessions with FBC Faculty!

We are thrilled to be adding live, interactive sessions with our faculty members through Google Meet! This is a major step forward for us as a Bible college, designed to bring the rich, engaging environment of a traditional classroom directly to your home.

This means you will soon have the opportunity to:

Ask your pressing questions directly to the professors.
Experience true academic fellowship and connect face-to-face with your classmates and instructors.

2. Save the Date: Focus Bible College Conference

The annual Focus Bible College Conference is a highlight for our entire fellowship, a powerful time of restoration, teaching, and impartation. We are thrilled to announce that the planning for 2026 is moving into its final stages!

A. Mark Your Calendars for March 2026

The conference will once again take place in March 2026. We are currently locking in the final dates and will release registration information very soon, but we wanted to give you this date so you can begin making arrangements now.

B. Ministry from Our General Bishop & Local Leadership

We are honored to confirm that our own General Bishop and Chancellor of FBC, Dr. Boer, will be in attendance and ministering again this year. His presence and insightful teaching are a cornerstone of this event.
In addition to our Chancellor, we will be featuring powerful ministry from myself and other key local leaders. This is a chance for our community to be built up, strengthened, and restored by voices rooted right here in the Body of Christ.

C. An Invitation to Our Brethren

The Focus Bible College Conference is not just for our students—it is for the whole Body of Christ! We extend a heartfelt invitation to all local churches and our dear brethren within the Full Gospel Restoration fellowship to join us for this event.

But as for me, my prayer is to You, O LORD, in the acceptable time; —Psalm 69:13

Too often I pray for my timing instead of His timing. I want what I want now! I push to see my timeline or timetable accomplished so that I will be comforted and satisfied. However, the acceptable time always comes when God’s way and will are implemented for His glory. God’s perfect timing brings people, resources and circumstances into the alignment He has ordered and ordained. In an acceptable time, God answers our prayers to accomplish His purposes not ours. God says, “In an acceptable time I have heard You, And in the day of salvation I have helped You; I will preserve You and give You As a covenant to the people, To restore the earth, To cause them to inherit the desolate heritages” (Isa. 49:8). God’s acceptable time demonstrates His faithfulness to others through us. God’s acceptable time brings forth salvation, i.e. eternal relationship with God, healing and deliverance. Don’t push for another time in prayer; petition for God’s acceptable time.

O Lord, Execute your will in your acceptable time in every aspect of my life. Amen

**Announcement: The Focus Bible College 2025 Conference Is Coming in March!**

Focus Bible College is excited to announce our upcoming Bible College Conference, taking place in Omaha, Nebraska, at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

**Dates:** March 6th, 7th, and 8th.

Join us for a powerful evening on Thursday, March 6th, at 7 PM, featuring Dr. Eugene Rollerson as our keynote preacher.

On Friday, March 7th, we will kick off the day with breakfast at 9 AM, followed by Ministerial Training Classes from 10 AM to 1 PM. After lunch, we will reconvene for an afternoon session at 2 PM.

Friday evening will feature our General Bishop and Chancellor of Focus Bible College, as well as Full Gospel Restoration Ministers & Churches, the Honorable Dr. Dutch Boer. The service will begin at 7 PM.

On Saturday, March 8th, we will start with breakfast at 9 AM, followed by a devotional service at 10 AM led by our FBC President, Dr. Patrick Vossen. At 11 AM, we will celebrate those receiving their diplomas during our Graduation ceremony.

This event promises to be a time of encouragement for ministry leaders, students, friends of Focus Bible College, and the local church community. We look forward to your attendance and are trusting God for a special visitation by His Holy Spirit.
